So here is a comparison, before and after a couple weeks apart, I needed to lean out. The first pic I had this annoying pain in my shoulder, traps and back (you can see my right shoulder is pulled forward and my trap is short) so my training was light and my food intake was whatever. In the second pic I trained as I usually would with my strength training (Calisthenics) and my conditioning work ( @beastcamp ) and cleaned up my food with my meal plans.
