*REAL TALK* The phrase “If it doesn’t challenge you it doesn’t change you!” gets thrown around within fitness a lot, but the problem is once a challenge does arise, once facing an obstacle or something tough that’s out of our comfort zone, that’s when the excuses come out. people will find an excuse not to do it, it’s too hard, it’s too tough, im not ready etc. how do you expect to improve and develop if you’re staying in the “comfort zone”. If you end up facing something that’s challenging instead of being negative about it finding an excuse and stopping be positive keep going and actually make it a goal! Take it as a reality check and question yourself “what have I been doing this whole time? If I can’t do a strict push up, strict burpee and so on” because staying in the comfort zone will not help you in any fitness goal and getting to the next level. ?
